Tonight i shall be mostly having...
bolognese, concha style pasta with a simple passatta sauce, with steak mince, garlic, onions... and maybe balsamic vinegar to add a little sweetness if needed. Of course fresh basil and parmegiano regiano to top.
This is mainly to help me keep track of any experimenting in what I create to eat. Not too much reliance on recipes, just my limited imagination and limited funds...

mmmmm i love pasta :) parmeggiano reggiano. sorry cant help it, living in italy does this to a person hehe
i didn't look right as i was typing it, i rushed it since i was hungry ;-)
