Catesa showed me the recipe she uses, and Cindy has a great recipe (or three!) too.
I changed the recipezaar one slightly, I used a mixture of cocoa and chocolate. I just used chocolate chucks as my added feature, along with gorgeous vanilla pod insides.
They were yum, I should have a camera soon, but probably not in time to catch the last of the batch! ;-)

mm i always add chunks of chopped chocolate to my brownies, it wouldnt be the same without them :D cant wait till your camera arrives too!!

Hmm, OK, maybe I mis-read it.No matter, seems it's a British Wiring Standard that we get sent a twin plug even though all our sockets are three pin. Bet it's those damn europeans again, you know who you are ;-) Plus, I'm a physics genius I'm sure I can sort something out (like buy an adaptor) :-P
I like brownies for it's crusty on the outside yet moist on the inside texture and of course because it's super delicious with a cup of coffee...
Yippeee... you got the camera! Though not so yippeee for having the wrong cable - i would go to the shop and demand the right cable free of charge [worth a try before you buy]. lol.
