Scones (at last)

Dry: Self-raising flour, vanilla infused caster sugar, cocoa powder. I rubbed butter in, then added an egg and a little milk. Then in went the whisky soaked raisins :-)

baked in a hot oven for 20 mins and viola, yummy stuff :-)

sounds good Naz, why not send a few my way? a little clotted cream perhaps?

I agree with Ivonne and Catesa : where is the picture ? Every food you make sounds so good that I wanna see what it looks like... Does is look as good as it sounds ?

I camera is on my wish list, i'll get round to it someday!

I'm not sure if it looks as good as it sounds, BUT is sure does taste as good as it sounds! :-D

The camera is ordered, it hasn't arrived yet. I guess I'll have to do a cheesecake :-) My timeless classic :-)
