Nice bit of sirloin straight from the Farmer' Market. Well hung *insert purile joke here* :-) Just gonna be peppered and salted, and pan fried. Why would you possibly grill steak? Unless you have a grill as hot as the sun!
I also bought some monster pork chops from the same guy. They're for the next entry :-)

I made chips (that's fries to you) to go with my steak. Nice chunky ones, fluffy in the middle and crisp on the outside... mmm chips
I am a charcoal Lover when it comes to meat.
Charcoal would have been great, but since the entire country of England was praying for rain (Cricket: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/cricket/england/4234570.stm ), gambling on a BBQ was folly :-)
